In a post on X, Gandhi shared a video of his recent Uber ride and his conversation with the driver. 'Low income and inflation are devastating lives—this is the reality for India's gig workers,' he remarked in Hindi.

Gandhi's engagement with the driver, who contemplates returning to his village due to financial insecurity, underscores his commitment to addressing gig workers' issues. He stressed the need for social security and reassured support from Congress governments.
