Rajinikanth's 170th Film 'Vettaiyan' Set for October 10 Release

The much-anticipated film 'Vettaiyan', starring Rajinikanth, will be released on October 10, 2024, in multiple languages. Directed by TJ Gnanavel and produced by Lyca Productions, the film features Rajini as a police officer. It will clash with Suriya's 'Kanguva' and Alia Bhatt's 'Jigra' at the box office.

'Vettaiyan', fronted by superstar Rajinikanth, will hit theaters worldwide on October 10, 2024, in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada, as announced by its makers on Monday.

The film is directed by TJ Gnanavel, known for his work in 'Jai Bhim', and is backed by Lyca Productions. Rajinikanth takes on the role of a police officer in his 170th feature film, which is described as an entertainer with a message.

Lyca Productions revealed the release information on its official X page, highlighting the movie's diverse language releases. Starring alongside Rajinikanth are Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and others. Music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Post 'Vettaiyan', Rajinikanth will next be seen in 'Coolie', slated for a 2025 release.
