President Droupadi Murmu is set to address the nation on Wednesday, the eve of the 78th Independence Day, according to the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The address is scheduled to be broadcast live at 7 pm across Akashvani's national network and telecast on all Doordarshan channels in Hindi, with an English version to follow.
Subsequent regional language broadcasts will be available on regional Doordarshan and Akashvani channels at 9.30 pm, as per the issued statement.
