Palestinian health authorities have reported that an Israeli airstrike targeted a school-turned-shelter in Gaza City on Saturday, resulting in the deaths of more than 60 individuals.
The Health Ministry's Ambulance and Emergency service confirmed that the strike on the Tabeen school, located in central Gaza City, also left 47 people wounded.
The Israeli military acknowledged the airstrike, alleging that a Hamas command center was situated within the school, although no evidence was provided to substantiate this claim.
