Former CNN Anchor Don Lemon Sues Elon Musk Over Unpaid Partnership
Don Lemon is suing Elon Musk after a failed partnership with the social media platform, X. The lawsuit, filed in California Superior Court, alleges that Musk refused to pay Lemon. The partnership was canceled in March, shortly before Lemon was fired from CNN after 17 years.
Former CNN anchor Don Lemon has initiated legal action against billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, claiming non-payment following the termination of a planned partnership with the X social media platform.
Documents reveal that Lemon filed the lawsuit in California Superior Court in San Francisco. The canceled partnership, which was shelved in March, reportedly involved Musk being interviewed by Lemon.
Musk critiqued Lemon's approach as ineffective, leading to the termination of the partnership. Lemon, who was dismissed from CNN in April 2022 after a 17-year tenure, is now seeking compensation through legal channels.
