Singer-songwriter and actor Joe Jonas has unveiled his latest track, 'Work It Out', ahead of his highly anticipated second solo album, People reported. In a press release, Jonas described 'Work It Out' as a personal anthem designed to dispel intrusive thoughts and ground him in the present moment. 'It's only human to experience uncomfortable feelings; no one is 100 per cent happy all the time. This song is about getting out of your head and back to the person you really are,' he explained.

Jonas discussed the song on the 'Therapuss with Jake Shane' podcast, where he also gave fans a first listen of the track's chorus. The singer further promoted the new single during a live performance at the Jonas Brothers' Calgary Stampede show.

Just days ago, Jonas announced the release of his first solo album in 13 years, 'Music For People Who Believe In Love'. His previous solo effort, 'Fastlife', came out in 2011. Describing the new album, the 'Sucker' singer said, 'This album is a celebration of gratitude, hope, and love. These songs reflect on my life from a bird's-eye view, acknowledging the many blessings around me.'

'When we take a moment to breathe, pause, and reflect on the positives, my hope is that we can find acceptance and ultimately peace in the present moment,' he continued. 'It's okay to cry and mourn a loss; it's part of the process to take care of ourselves and eventually enables us to be there for the people we care about.' 'Music For People Who Believe In Love' will be available from October 18, People reported.
