Spoilers warning! This article may contain To Your Eternity Season 3 spoilers

The anime adaptation's first season, helmed by Brain's Base, aired from April 12 to August 30, 2021. The second season, handled by Drive, ran from October 23, 2022, to March 12, 2023. Both seasons comprised 20 episodes each. Season 1 covered the initial five arcs of the First Act, while Season 2 adapted the remaining four arcs, effectively concluding the First Act of the series.

To Your Eternity Season 3 is expected to consist of 20 episodes as well and will delve into the Second Act: Present Day. It will undoubtedly encompass the 10th arc of the series titled "This World/Modern Day."

To Your Eternity Season 3 leaps into the future, introducing the captivating "Modern Day Arc" that unfolds several centuries after the events of the previous seasons. With the Nokkers seemingly no longer posing a direct threat, Fushi, our immortal protagonist, and his companions find themselves navigating an unfamiliar world filled with advancements such as cars, wires, and neon lights. This new era presents its own set of challenges that Fushi must confront head-on.

Fans of the anime series can expect to witness Fushi's continued growth as a character in the anime To Your Eternity Season 3. As he ventures through this modern society, Fushi encounters a myriad of new people and experiences, further shaping his understanding of the world. However, alongside the wonders of this technological era, there may also be new enemies and obstacles that Fushi must confront. Adaptation to this modern society comes hand in hand with potential conflicts and struggles.

In Season 3, Fushi awakens five centuries later into the modern era, finding himself resurrecting the eleven spirits who have been following him. Among these spirits are his closest friends, including March, Gugu, Tonari Dalton, and Bonichen. The enigmatic Beholder transforms into a twelve-year-old boy, taking on the name Satoru. Along Fushi's journey, he encounters a boy named Yuki and Mizuha, who happens to be Hayase's great-great-great-great-great granddaughter and ninth reincarnation. Complications arise when Mizuha commits a murder, only to be resurrected without any involvement from Fushi, revealing the return of the Nokkers. Fushi becomes conflicted as he learns that the Nokkers are now living peacefully among humanity, leaving him uncertain about the appropriate course of action. His desire to protect humanity compels him to take on the Nokkers single-handedly, but the situation takes a dire turn when Hayase's Nokker launches an attack on Yuki's school.

Despite the eventual demise of Hayase's Nokker and the collapse of its organization, the Nokkers continue to coexist with humans. Satoru offers Fushi the power of omnipotence, but our resilient protagonist refuses this tempting offer. Before losing his memories, Satoru reveals that he created the world out of sheer boredom and intended to perish within his creation, leaving Fushi as its caretaker. Six decades pass, and knowledge of the Nokkers becomes widespread. Tragedy strikes as Yuki passes away, prompting Fushi to bid farewell to his resurrected closest friends and leave Yuki's home.
