Even the submission of another 70,000 fresh applicants is also a good omen of transparency and prospect what Ngoza believes. According to her, when the teachers are licensed by the council, the public can be assured that their children are in the hands of a qualified person, as reported by Lusaka Times.
On the other hand, people and district authorities have extolled the Zambian government for the formation of Teaching Council of Zambia. One head teacher of a school said that it was very pathetic to see that there are some teachers who are fond of behaving in an unacceptable manner such as reporting for work drunk.
