Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, serving as the chancellor of Pondicherry University, has appointed a trio of esteemed academicians to pivotal roles within the university's governance. As part of this strategic move, Prof M G Sethuraman, a senior figure in Gandhigram Rural Institute's School of Sciences, has joined the Court of Pondicherry University.
In parallel, Prof Malini P M, known for her tenure as principal of NSS Training College, and Dr N Venkatesa Palanichamy, a dean at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, have been welcomed to the Planning Board. These appointments underscore a commitment to enhancing the academic and administrative depth of Pondicherry University.
The Vice President's Secretariat emphasized that the extensive experience of these educators in administration and curriculum development is expected to play a crucial role in the future progress of the university’s educational framework.
