Arihant Academy has strategically acquired a 51% stake in Zen Educational and Learning, known as ZEAL Academy, with the latter valued at Rs 17 crore. This move allows Arihant to broaden its educational portfolio within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The deal emphasizes enhancing student engagement through top-tier pedagogy.

The integration aims to merge ZEAL Academy's local expertise with Arihant's established teaching methodologies, anticipated to develop a more robust learning framework for students. This collaboration reflects Arihant's ambition to make significant strides in the educational sector by expanding into Navi Mumbai. Details of the acquisition cost remain undisclosed, despite ZEAL Academy's given valuation.

Anil Kapasi, Managing Director of Arihant Academy, highlights that this expansion will not only improve educational offerings but also widen the academy's influence. Kunal Pathak from ZEAL Academy notes that the investment will fortify their portfolio, augmenting their existing courses which include IIT, JEE (Mains & Advanced), and NEET coaching.
