Himachal Pradesh to Host 32nd Children's Science Congress

In a push to promote science among the youth, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced that the 32nd Himachal Pradesh Children's Science Congress will commence from October 18, 2024.
The event focuses on 'Traditional Knowledge Systems and Modern Science' and will see participation from 22,000 students and 8,000 teachers across the state. Proceedings will take place in all 73 sub-divisions on October 18, 19, 21, and 22, with further events in 12 districts on November 6 and 8.
The Himachal Pradesh Council for Science, Technology and Environment, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Samagra Shiksha Himachal Pradesh, organizes the event. It will culminate in a grand state-level celebration on November 13 and 14.
