Delhi University is embarking on an ambitious journey with its Institutional Development Plan (IDP) 2024, aiming to launch its own satellite as a pivotal step in scientific research and remote education.
The university plans to ban fossil fuel vehicles in favor of electric ones to create a sustainable environment. Moreover, a free lunch scheme for underprivileged students is also set to be introduced.
Additionally, the university intends to establish a 'University Haat' and an 'Alumni Angel Network', which will aid student start-ups and foster alumni relations for mentorship and financial backing.
