The India Didactics Association (IDA) announced on Thursday its partnership with Invest India to organize Didac India 2024, a prominent global trade fair designed to stimulate investment in India's education and skill sector.

Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency, assists investors eyeing opportunities in India, according to a statement from IDA. Didac India has enjoyed 13 years of success and is the largest event in Asia focusing on educational resources and solutions.

The 14th edition of Didac India will be hosted in New Delhi from September 18-20, 2024. IDA CEO Aditya Gupta emphasized the collaboration's potential to generate new investment and growth opportunities, stating that the event will attract innovators, executives, and decision-makers from the global education community to foster advancements in educational standards.

The Indian government’s initiatives, such as NEP 2020, budget allocations, and focus on ICT and skilling, have been pivotal in propelling the sector. The recent Union Budget allocated Rs 1.48 lakh crore, highlighting the government's commitment to developing a skilled workforce and strengthening educational infrastructure.
