Speaking at the 19th convocation of UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Patel launched a mobile app and highlighted the necessity of understanding children's needs and growth for creating a developed nation.
The governor reinforced Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a developed India by 2047, emphasizing the role of women's education. She also advocated for the inclusion of the transgender community in mainstream education and urged the university to set higher admission targets across its regional centers.
