UPES, in partnership with Mahindra University and Aspire Impact, has unveiled the ESG, Sustainability, and Impact Specialist Program (ISP), an ambitious Executive Education initiative designed to train the next generation of Chief Impact Officers. The program is dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills required to steer their organizations toward Net Zero transitions, Carbon Neutrality, and Circularity, all while balancing Risk, Return, and Impact.

The curriculum of the Impact Specialist Program (ISP) is comprehensive, featuring 20 thematic sessions and more than 50 caselets. It also includes four in-depth case studies from global and Indian contexts. The aim is to impart practical skills that will enable participants to design, manage, and scale impact initiatives across various sectors, such as Corporations, Banks, Financial Institutions, and Non-Profits.

Set to be held in two locations, UPES in Dehradun and Mahindra University in Hyderabad, the ISP will begin in September 2024. ASP, the Research Centre for Impact, Sustainability, and ESG, is set to be inaugurated alongside the program. The initiative targets senior and mid-level professionals eager to advance in ESG, sustainability, risk, and impact roles.
