IIIT Hyderabad Launches AI/ML Weekend Training for B Tech Students

IIIT Hyderabad's Technology Innovation Hub, IHub-Data, backed by the Indian Department of Science and Technology, has announced a six-month weekend training course in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This program targets second-year B Tech students from engineering colleges in and around Hyderabad.

Set to begin on September 29, 2024, the classes will occur every Sunday at the IIIT Hyderabad campus in Gachibowli. The course uniquely blends theoretical concepts, tutorials, and hands-on projects to provide a comprehensive learning experience. Skilled mentors have been enlisted to assist students throughout the program.

''This is a novel attempt at early professional learning,'' said CK Raju, Head of Educational Programs at IHub-Data, IIIT Hyderabad. Interested students must register by September 15, 2024.
