Speaking at the third Voice of Global South Summit, Pradhan emphasized that education is a powerful catalyst for sustainable development and addressing global challenges.

During the summit, Pradhan and other education ministers from Global South countries discussed priorities and collective strengths to revolutionize educational systems. 'The NEP-2020 is bringing a paradigm shift in India's learning landscape, aiming to develop India's youth as global citizens and position the country as a 21st-century knowledge economy,' Pradhan remarked.

The minister also highlighted India's commitment to human resource development and educational opportunities through initiatives like the Global South Centre of Excellence and the 'Study in India' programme. 'Our South-South cooperation will foster innovation, equal educational opportunities, and make our youth future-ready,' Pradhan asserted. The NEP aims to create resilient, prosperous, and sustainable societies, ensuring no one is left behind.
