Delhi University Announces First Allocation List for UG Admissions 2024-25

Delhi University releases its first allocation list for the undergraduate admissions 2024-25. A total of 97,387 candidates have been allocated programmes and colleges. The university processed 5,68,20,017 unique cutoffs and ranks for 1,72,18,187 preferences. Classes start August 29, with fees due by August 21.

The Delhi University has released its first allocation list for undergraduate admissions for the academic year 2024-25, offering seats to 97,387 candidates in the initial round of the Common Seat Allotment System (CSAS).

Out of the 71,600 sanctioned seats, the university considered 5,68,20,017 unique cutoffs and ranks to make the allocations. A total of 1,72,18,187 preferences were submitted by students. In this round, 52,838 seats were allotted to girls and 44,549 to boys.

Additionally, 243 orphan students and 1,339 single girl children have been allocated seats. The highest number of allocations was made for the B.Com (Hons) programme, with 10,096 candidates. Classes for first-year UG students will commence on August 29, and students must accept their allocations by 04:59 pm on August 18 and submit fees by 04:59 pm on August 21.
