Krishca Strapping Solutions Secures Lucrative ESL Steel Contracts

Krishca Strapping Solutions Ltd has acquired two major contracts with ESL Steel Limited for Rs65.75 Crore, focusing on strapping and packaging services. These strategic agreements underscore Krishca's commitment to quality and reinforce its leadership in the industrial packaging sector in India.

Krishca Strapping Solutions Ltd, based in Chennai, has recently secured two significant contracts with ESL Steel Limited, a Vedanta Group company, for its Mappedu facility, underscoring its pivotal role in the industrial packaging sector.

The contracts, worth a combined Rs65.75 Crore excluding GST, encompass services such as coil strapping, wrapping, and compactor operations, with the first contract valued at Rs47.36 Crore running from April 2025 to March 2030, and the second valued at Rs18.38 Crore, extending until October 2027, all awarded through a competitive reverse auction.

CEO Lenin Krishnamoorthy Balamanikandan expressed satisfaction over this development, stating these contracts reinforce Krishca's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The contracts include structured payment terms with bank guarantees linked to performance indicators, bolstering Krishca's position as a leader in the industry.
