Ladhani Group has unveiled ambitious plans to invest approximately Rs 3,000 crore in its hospitality sector, with a goal to triple its room keys to 1,500 within three to five years.
Its upcoming ventures in Haridwar and Ayodhya have been secured through agreements with the Taj group, while discussions are underway with international chains like Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons for potential expansion in Agra.
Executive Director Paritosh Ladhani expressed optimism about the future, stating that the group's strategic partnerships, including those with Oberoi for new resorts in Rishikesh, position them advantageously for growth in the hospitality industry.
