Special Holi Schedule: Lucknow Metro Services to Start at 2:30 PM

On March 14, for the Holi celebration, Lucknow Metro will operate from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Normally, services run from 6 am, covering 21 stations. The route spans 22.8 km, with a journey time of 40 minutes and a 5-minute 30-second interval during peak hours.

In observance of Holi on March 14, the Lucknow Metro will adjust its schedule, commencing operations at 2:30 pm instead of the usual 6 am. Services will continue till 10:30 pm, as announced by the public transport authority on Tuesday.

The service will begin at 2:30 pm from both terminal stations, CCS Airport Metro station and Munshipulia Metro station. This modified timing aims to accommodate travelers during the festivities.

Despite the holiday schedule, the Lucknow Metro remains an efficient transport solution along its 22.8 km route, connecting 21 stations with a runtime of 40 minutes between termini. During peak hours, trains maintain a frequency headway of five minutes and 30 seconds, ensuring timely travel for passengers.
