The NCRTC introduces Namo Bharat trains to streamline patient transfers between Delhi and Meerut. With a 40-minute travel time at affordable fares, Namo Bharat enhances transport efficiency in the region.

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) unveiled the Namo Bharat trains, specifically designed to enhance patient transport efficiency between Delhi and Meerut. These trains and their corresponding stations are equipped with spacious lifts and wide entry gates.

Inside, dedicated spaces for stretchers and attendants ensure patient comfort and convenience. By offering a speedy, 40-minute journey without traffic interruptions, Namo Bharat stands as a cost-effective alternative to traditional transport modes.

With fares ranging from Rs 150 to Rs 600, Namo Bharat already operational on a 55 km of the 82-km stretch, promises significant time and cost savings for travelers. The route includes 11 stations and supports a maximum speed of 160 kmph.
