The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced that, for public safety, commuters will not be permitted to exit Rajiv Chowk station after 9 pm on New Year's Eve.

While entry will still be permitted, DMRC has advised caution and requested passengers to plan their journeys accordingly. Free flow of traffic is a priority, according to Principal Executive Director Anuj Dayal.

From 8 pm, QR ticket issuance for Rajiv Chowk via the mobile app will be halted, aiding crowd management efforts. Full metro services throughout the network will proceed as scheduled.
