Gurugram, November 11: Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU) in Punjab held its inaugural convocation for the unique RESEED course, a pioneering program in real estate education that promises 100% placement opportunities. The course harmonizes with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of transforming India into the skill capital of the world.

Chancellor Dr. Sandeep Kaura emphasized the growth potential for real estate professionals, citing the enactment of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, commonly known as RERA. In his address, Arjun Nanda, CEO and Founder of YHATAW, highlighted the irony of real estate certification compared to lesser-valued industries and stressed RESEED's aim to empower professionals with technical skills.

Nanda discussed India's evolving real estate market, pushing for a unified policy under 'One Nation, One RERA' which could boost economic growth. Col. Vimal Kapoor, course director, described RESEED as a transformational journey designed to equip realty professionals with essential skills for an organized sector. Certificates were awarded to 28 graduates by prominent figures in the presence of senior faculty members.
