Tragic Collision in Mujaria Claims Six Lives Amid Festive Return

A tragic accident occurred Thursday morning in the Mujaria area, leaving six dead, including four members of a family, when their tempo was struck by a tractor. The victims, returning to their village to celebrate Diwali, were vegetable vendors from Noida.
The collision began when their three-wheeled loader tempo, carrying the family, collided with a tractor-trolley. A speeding car then hit the already affected loader, trapping its occupants further. Among the dead were Atul, 31, Kanhai, 35, his wife Kusum, 30, and their children aged eight and five, as reported by Budaun District Magistrate Nidhi Srivastav.
The incident left five others injured and they were transported to the district hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the search is on for the tractor driver who absconded after the crash. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed his condolences to the bereaved families and assured proper medical care for the injured.
