GHCL Ltd, a prominent chemical firm, has announced an 8% increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 154.83 crore for the second quarter ending in September.
Despite a decrease in total income, dropping from Rs 816.65 crore the previous year to Rs 810.23 crore, the company credits its strong performance to operational excellence and strategic market focus.
Managing Director R S Jalan noted optimism for future prospects due to governmental support for solar glass production and planned expansions in vacuum salt and bromine manufacturing.
