Speaking during a 'Rozgar Mela', he highlighted efforts to foster job opportunities in new technologies and sectors, including space and semiconductors.
Modi criticized previous governments for their lack of strategic policy and intent, which hindered India's progress in modern technologies. He emphasized the need to overcome outdated mindsets and expressed his administration's resolve to create an environment conducive to technological growth and employment generation.
He also announced major infrastructure projects and investments designed to stimulate job creation, underscored by new policies like the Production-linked Incentives scheme and existing ventures in domestic manufacturing and international employment agreements.
