SriLankan Airlines Expands Connectivity with New Bengaluru-Colombo Daytime Flight
SriLankan Airlines announces a new daytime flight between Bengaluru and Colombo starting October 31. This addition increases the weekly operations to 10, convenient for tourists and business travelers seeking short trips to Sri Lanka. India remains a pivotal market with nine cities linked through the airline's network.
In a move to enhance connectivity, SriLankan Airlines has declared the launch of a new daytime flight connecting Bengaluru and Colombo, commencing on October 31. This initiative will result in a total of 10 weekly flights between these two cities, offering Indian leisure and business travelers more flexibility for short visits to Sri Lanka.
The additional flight, UL 1174, will take off from Bengaluru at 09:40 AM and land in Colombo at 11:10 AM every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The return service, UL 1173, will depart Colombo at 07:20 AM, arriving back in Bengaluru at 08:40 AM on the same days.
Beyond this new schedule, SriLankan Airlines continues its daily operations on this route. India stands out as a crucial market, with flights from nine Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, underlining the airline's strategic focus on robust connectivity between India and Sri Lanka.
