The Gulmarg Gondola ropeway service in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district has resumed operations after a brief precautionary shutdown. This decision followed a terror attack that claimed the lives of two soldiers and two Army porters.
The attack occurred Thursday, six kilometers from Gulmarg, prompting authorities to suspend the cable car service to ensure the safety of tourists and staff.
Gulmarg Gondola, renowned as the world's second longest and highest cable car, is a major tourist attraction offering breathtaking views year-round. Operations resumed following thorough security assessments and implementation of safety measures.
