Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Monday assessed the advancement of 15 National Highway projects, encompassing 423 kilometers in Arunachal Pradesh. The session underlined the urgency to expedite development, pledging the Modi government's commitment to mobility and economic expansion in the northeast, as per sources at the Chief Minister's Office.

The review was attended by Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, Union MoS for Road Transport and Highways Ajay Tamta, MPs Harsh Malhotra and Tapir Gao, and Chief Minister Pema Khandu among others. Post-meeting, Gadkari expressed on social media the dedication to revolutionizing highways in the state under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.

Chief Minister Khandu informed the minister about the state's project progress, praising the enhanced road connectivity. The initiative reflects the government's strategy to develop sustainable infrastructure and pave the way for a brighter future in the region.
