Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Varanasi, where he will inaugurate several key infrastructure projects. Central to the agenda is the unveiling of airport projects worth more than Rs 6,100 crore, including enhancements at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport. The Prime Minister aims to significantly boost connectivity and development in his parliamentary constituency.

Among the ambitious initiatives, Modi will inaugurate the RJ Sankara Eye Hospital, providing vital eye care services to the region. At various airports, he will lay foundation stones and inaugurate new terminals, with total investments enhancing capacity to handle over 23 million passengers annually. These projects are part of his commitment to advancing regional infrastructure and are steeped in local heritage influences.

Further, the Prime Minister will spotlight sports and tourism development. He will inaugurate advanced stages of the Varanasi Sports Complex and related facilities, valued at over Rs 210 crore. In Sarnath, tourism enhancements will include pedestrian-friendly initiatives and support for local artisans, underscoring his vision for holistic community growth.
