The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology launched its inaugural episode of the live series 'Ask Our Experts' on October 18, focusing on DigiLocker, a secure digital wallet service. Held live on Digital India's YouTube channel, the session attracted thousands of participants from across the country.

This new weekly program, 'Ask Our Experts,' serves as a platform for direct interaction between citizens and government officials, aiming to address public queries while providing insights into Digital India initiatives. The live sessions, accessible via the Digital India YouTube channel, aim to improve public understanding of digital government services.

The first episode concentrated on DigiLocker, a central e-Governance platform under the Digital India Programme, offering a secure method for storing and sharing important documents. Experts provided a detailed presentation and facilitated a discussion on DigiLocker's features and benefits, engaging thousands of viewers who participated by posing questions to the experts.

The event registered significant public engagement, with nine active participants recognized as Digital India Question Ninjas for their pertinent inquiries. These participants will receive rewards, part of the program's broader aim to elucidate Digital India projects through direct expert exposition, with additional incentives like gift hampers for participating viewers.
