Early Thursday, the Puri-New Delhi Purushotam Express experienced an unexpected stoppage at Tundla station in Uttar Pradesh due to suspicions of terrorists on board with explosives.

Authorities acted upon a tip from an X user who claimed the explosives were intended for an Air India flight. However, the alarm turned out to be unfounded, according to communication from railway officials.

Between 2.30 am and 6 am, thorough searches were conducted, including luggage inspections by metal detectors and dog squads, leaving passengers with a sigh of relief when nothing suspicious was found.
