Co-working space provider 315Work Avenue has leased 56,000 sq ft office space in Pune, aiming to expand amid rising demand for flexible workspaces. The Bengaluru-based company manages approximately 2.5 million sq ft of space across major cities. It plans further expansion in Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad, besides strengthening its current markets.

Co-working space provider 315Work Avenue has signed a lease for 56,000 square feet of office space in Pune to meet increasing demand for flexible workplaces.
Headquartered in Bengaluru, 315Work Avenue currently boasts a portfolio of around 2.5 million square feet, accommodating about 50,000 seats across prime locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune.
The company is also eyeing expansion into the Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad regions while bolstering its footprint in existing markets.
In Pune, 315Work Avenue operates six centers covering approximately 0.6 million square feet, thanks to partnerships with major developers like Ascendas, Panchshil, and Raheja, collectively providing around 12,000 seats.
Manas Mehrotra, Founder of 315Work Avenue, noted the significant growth in Pune's coworking market, driven by a burgeoning young population, the presence of large tech companies, and a surge in startups.
