Honda Power Company on Monday announced a strategic partnership between its subsidiary Honda Power Pack Energy and sustainable transportation provider Bhago Mobility. The collaboration aims to offer green fleet management services for last-mile delivery in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.

As part of the initiative, Bhago Mobility will deploy Honda e: Swap-powered electric vehicles in key locations across Bangalore and Delhi. This move is set to benefit e-commerce fleets and passenger mobility with a significant focus on reducing downtime.

Bhago Mobility plans to launch 100 electric vehicles within the coming months of 2024, with an ambitious target of 10,000 vehicles in the next three years. The electric vehicles will feature swappable battery packs and will be stationed within a 10-km radius of every metro station, providing round-the-clock service.

On the occasion of World EV Day, Takuya Taniguchi, President and CMD of Honda Power Pack Energy India Pvt Ltd, stated that the Honda e: Swap service would not only enhance delivery solutions but also contribute to a greener future for Bangalore. Aditya Goyal, founder of Bhago Mobility, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the shared vision for sustainable transportation and innovation in fleet management.
