Telangana is poised to elevate its economy from $176 billion to a whopping $1 trillion, as outlined by IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu during the Global AI Summit 2024. Central to this ambitious venture is the AI City, a sprawling 200-acre hub dedicated to cutting-edge AI research and development.

The AI City is set to bolster Telangana's global standing in AI innovation, offering state-of-the-art computing facilities and expansive data lakes. The collaboration with World Trade Centre, Shamshabad, will provide two lakh square feet of premium office space to ensure AI-driven companies can operate smoothly while the AI City is constructed.

In a landmark move to achieve its 'AI-Powered Telangana' vision, the state has inked 26 MoUs with key players including NxtWave, AWS, and Microsoft for skill development, impacting over 2.5 lakh students and professionals. The three-year strategic partnership with Nvidia Corporation further amplifies Telangana's commitment to AI adoption.
