Heartwarming Charity Event Brings Joy to Children in Ranchi

The International Youth Development Foundation and Samajsewa Ranchi hosted a charity event at Maharishi Valmiki Anath Kalyan Sewa Ashram Sangh, providing essential supplies and engaging children in interactive activities, benefiting 55 young participants.

PNN Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], September 3: The International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF), in collaboration with Samajsewa Ranchi, organized a heartwarming charity event at the Maharishi Valmiki Anath Kalyan Sewa Ashram Sangh. The event aimed to supply essential items and create an enriching experience for 55 children through various interactive activities.

Spearheaded by Bishwajit Dutta, with the assistance of dedicated volunteers including Ashish Sharma, Vivek Poddar, Ravi Anand, Sukhbir Singh, Rahul, Abhinav, Abhishek Sharma, Ravi Goyal, and Vikash Nahata, the event successfully united community members in providing support to the children at the Ashram in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The institution's head, Mangaldev Mahto, was not available for comment.

The charity event, supported by Samajsewa Ranchi, distributed essential supplies such as rice, cooking oil, snacks, cricket bats, footballs, badminton sets, jump ropes, and clothing materials. These contributions significantly improved the children's living conditions and provided much-needed relief.

Volunteers also educated the children on basic hygiene and organized sports activities including football and cricket matches. These interactions kept the children active and promoted teamwork and camaraderie. The atmosphere was vibrant with joy as the children eagerly participated in the games.

Reflecting on the event, Bishwajit Dutta said, "I am incredibly grateful and happy that we were able to complete this event successfully. It's heartwarming to see everyone come together for a social cause. The smiles on the children's faces as they received their gifts were priceless. It's been a wonderful day!"
