Rescue teams have located the wreckage of a missing helicopter in Russia's Kamchatka region. The Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations, led by Sergei Lebedev, confirmed that initial reports indicate a crash.
According to authorities, the helicopter, identified as an Mi-8, was discovered at 900 meters altitude. It disappeared near the Vachkazhets volcano.
While the helicopter was carrying 22 people, including 19 passengers and three crew members, there is no official information about their status at this time.
