Allcargo Gati Bolsters Delivery Network Ahead of Festive Season

Express distribution and supply chain firm Allcargo Gati Ltd has ramped up its ecommerce delivery capabilities and hiring to meet the anticipated surge in demand during the upcoming festive season. The company has also increased its technological and manpower resources at various centers and launched new last-mile delivery operations for major ecommerce players.

Allcargo Gati Ltd, a leading express distribution and supply chain firm, announced on Wednesday that it has bolstered its ecommerce and quick commerce delivery capabilities to meet the growing demand expected during the upcoming festive season.

The company plans to initially hire over 3,000 personnel for operational roles, aligning its staffing needs with the expected surge in demand. Allcargo has also enhanced its technological and manpower capabilities at its sorting and fulfillment centers to accommodate the projected increase in shipment volumes.

To further optimize order processing and delivery efficiency, Allcargo has strengthened its last-mile delivery operations. It has ongoing collaborations with multinational brands and major ecommerce players, launching last-mile delivery services in various locations across Maharashtra and West Bengal. Additionally, Allcargo has supplemented its staffing with six new manpower supply services to handle the seasonal demand surge.
