Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will travel to Singapore for a crucial dialogue aimed at enhancing bilateral ties across key sectors.

The ministers will participate in the second India-Singapore Ministerial Roundtable (ISMR) alongside their Singaporean counterparts on Monday, as announced by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).

This roundtable seeks to lay the groundwork for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's likely visit to Singapore next month. Established in September 2022, the ISMR aims to set a new agenda for India-Singapore relations. The upcoming meeting will provide both nations an opportunity to review their strategic partnership and explore new avenues for collaboration, the MEA stated on Saturday.

During their visit, the Indian ministers will meet with their Singaporean counterparts and the broader Singaporean leadership.
