Wipro Hydraulics inaugurated its sixth manufacturing facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Thursday. Built with an investment of around Rs 250 crore, the plant was inaugurated by Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Wipro Enterprises chairman Azim Premji, and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering CEO Pratik Kumar.

Kumar revealed that the company has invested approximately Rs 250 crore in the facility, which is expected to generate around 400 jobs. The plant currently has a manufacturing capacity of 1,000 hydraulic cylinders per day, with the potential to double the output based on demand.

This new facility, Wipro's sixth in India, will cater to both domestic and international markets. The plant features a fully trained workforce and automation for better quality products, higher productivity, and cost efficiency. The machinery used is entirely made in India, with all assembly, manufacturing, testing, and packaging conducted in-house.
