Macrotech Developers Ltd, operating under the Lodha brand, has launched projects worth Rs 3,000 crore for sales in the June quarter. The Mumbai-based realty giant plans to introduce properties worth Rs 12,000 crore by March next year, capitalizing on strong housing demand.

The company has a firm grip in regions such as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune, and has recently expanded into Bengaluru. According to its latest investor presentation, Macrotech launched six projects, covering 1.8 million square feet and an estimated Rs 3,010 crore in revenue during the April-June period of the fiscal year 2024-25.

In the remaining months of 2024-25, Macrotech plans to unveil 18 more projects, spanning 9.6 million square feet and Rs 11,980 crore in potential revenue. Managing Director and CEO Abhishek Lodha emphasized a robust pipeline for the latter half of the year, projecting a 20 percent growth in sale bookings this fiscal year.
