The new space, located in a prime commercial development, will act as a hub for Insomniacs' advanced technology projects. The expansion is in line with the company's mission to enhance its capabilities in the real estate sector with advanced infrastructure designed to develop SaaS solutions, Proptech tools, and digital marketing platforms.

CEO & Co-Founder Govind Rai emphasized Bhavnagar's strategic importance, citing its excellent connectivity and potential to become a tech hub. He noted that the tech team has grown from 14 to over 100 members in three years, with plans to reach 250 by 2026. Co-Founder Paritrupt Bagadia echoed these sentiments, pointing out the benefits of operational cost efficiency and local talent development.
