Awfis Space Solutions Achieves Rs 2.78 Crore Profit Amid Revenue Surge

Co-working firm Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has achieved a consolidated net profit of Rs 2.78 crore for the first quarter of this fiscal year, in contrast to a net loss of Rs 8.30 crore in the same period last year. The company's total income rose to Rs 267.8 crore from Rs 192.71 crore. Awfis operates 169 centres in 16 cities, with further expansion underway.

Co-working firm Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 2.78 crore for the first quarter of this fiscal year, a significant turnaround from a net loss of Rs 8.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company's total income increased to Rs 267.8 crore in the April-June period, up from Rs 192.71 crore in the same quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing on August 13.

Known as one of the leading flexible workspace providers in the country, Awfis offers a variety of workspace solutions, including individual flexible desks and customized offices for startups, SMEs, large corporates, and multinationals. The company is operational in Tier 1 and seven Tier 2 cities across India, with 169 centres covering 5 million square feet and 1,00,398 desks. Additional expansion includes 16 centres under fit-outs with a seating capacity of 11,640.
