Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's transformative railway policies on Friday, during the inauguration of a new Bhopal-Rewa train service. According to Yadav, gone are the days when railway facilities were enhanced primarily in the area of the country's rail minister. This practice has seen a complete overhaul in the past decade under Modi's administration.
Yadav articulated that Prime Minister Modi's nationwide development agenda has brought significant improvements, including a railway station in Bhopal named after Rani Kamlapati and ongoing rapid development of the main Bhopal station. He flagged off the new train alongside expressing gratitude towards Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for their efforts.
The newly launched Bhopal-Rewa train service will operate twice a week, departing from Bhopal on Fridays and Sundays, and from Rewa on Saturdays and Mondays. This new service comes in addition to the existing Revanchal Express, further enhancing connectivity between the regions. Additionally, Yadav noted that air connectivity has improved for the area of Rewa.
