Chinese Special Envoy for Eurasian Affairs, Li Hui, is set to visit Brazil, South Africa, and Indonesia for a fourth round of shuttle diplomacy concerning Ukraine starting July 28, as announced by China's foreign ministry on Friday.

According to spokesperson Mao Ning, Li will engage in discussions with key members of the Global South about the current situation in Ukraine and the peace talks process. The envoy aims to identify ways to reduce tensions and create conditions conducive to restarting peace negotiations.

This diplomatic mission represents China's ongoing efforts to mediate and facilitate peace in the region, leveraging its relationships with important members of the Global South.
