A global Microsoft systems outage on Friday led to the cancellation of five IndiGo flights and significant delays at Goa's two major airports—Manohar International Airport and Dabolim International Airport. Airport officials confirmed the disruptions and reported widespread delays across other flights.

Two IndiGo flights slated to depart from Manohar International Airport on Friday night and three from Dabolim International Airport were canceled. The flights to Mumbai and Bengaluru were among those grounded. Manual issuance of boarding passes and luggage tags caused further delays.

Dabolim Airport's Officiating Director Jayarajan M C noted that both IndiGo and Air India Express experienced computer system failures starting at 10.10 am, forcing a switch to manual check-ins. Consequently, all 27 scheduled IndiGo flights for the day were delayed by one to one-and-half hours, alongside notable delays in Air India Express flights.
