Smartworld Developers Launches Rs 581-Crore Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram

Real estate firm Smartworld Developers has awarded a Rs 581-crore contract to Ahluwalia Contracts for the construction of a luxury housing project in Gurugram. Named 'Smartworld The Edition,' the project is spread over 10 acres on Golf Course Extension Road and is expected to generate Rs 6,000 crore in revenue.

Real estate company Smartworld Developers has awarded a substantial Rs 581-crore construction contract to Ahluwalia Contracts for building its ambitious luxury housing project in Gurugram.

The project, titled 'Smartworld The Edition,' is strategically located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 66, Gurugram and marks Smartworld Developers' entry into the luxury housing segment.

Spanning 10 acres with a saleable area of 3 million square feet, the development will feature around 900 high-end apartments and is projected to generate a revenue of Rs 6,000 crore.
