An artist from Kuppam in Andhra Pradesh, known as Purushottam of Puri Arts, has created a stunning painting featuring Indian cricket stars Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, to honor Team India's victory in the ICC Champions Trophy. The artwork has gone viral on social media, highlighting the camaraderie between the two cricketers and celebrating the national team's success.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the team's 'exceptional' performance. He expressed pride in India's triumph, posting on X, 'An exceptional game and an exceptional result! Proud of our cricket team for bringing home the ICC Champions Trophy. They've played wonderfully through the tournament.'

On the field, Rohit Sharma's swift half-century, complemented by key performances from Shreyas Iyer and spinners Varun Chakravarthy and Kuldeep Yadav, led India to their third ICC Champions Trophy title.
