BJP Confident of Assembly Poll Victories in Maharashtra and Jharkhand
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia expresses confidence that BJP will win the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. He attributes past successes in Haryana and Jammu-Kashmir to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's policies on development. Elections in the two states are scheduled for mid-November.
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia voiced assurance on Monday that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will emerge victorious in the forthcoming assembly polls in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. He attributed this confidence to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's focus on development and progressive policies.
Scindia drew parallels to the BJP's previous successes in Jammu and Kashmir as well as Haryana. He noted that the party formed the government for the third time consecutively in Haryana, and achieved a record number of seats in Jammu and Kashmir, whereas the Congress party has faced significant setbacks in these regions.
The minister foresees a similar outcome in Jharkhand and Maharashtra, with the public providing ample support to Prime Minister Modi and the BJP. The elections in Jharkhand are scheduled for November 13 and 20, while Maharashtra will hold its polls on November 20, with results announced on November 23.
